The ÷ng of the moon... With the new attention that the moon 🌙 is getting in recent years and the advancing technologies of countries and even wealthy individuals, how long before the moon is exploited and the minerals mined. Moon based space operations are being considered and plans being made on how extract resources use for things like building stations/bases on or under the surface. Plans build space stations and spaceships from the materials/minerals extracted from the moon are being considered. It's much more cost effective build or manufacture using the materials that are there then transport them from the surface of the earth 🌎 But what will the rules be? Is it going be a wild west scenario? First come first served? Is the next gold rush going be " the Moon or Bust" ? With the apparent abundance of water being found on the moon it opens many possibilities. Water being made of oxygen and hydrogen you have readily made fuel sources. These could be used for further exploration and mining operations deeper into space. Will it be able to be made cost effective? Are there items that can be manufactured in space that make the cost worthwhile? Will the benefits out weigh the cost? Who's going to file the first stake or claim for the territories or materials? Who's going to open the first space food truck? What will they be selling.... Taco's, sushi, sausage, popsicles and ice cream sandwiches? How long before law enforcement expands their reach into space to keep the peace and hand out tickets for reckless spaceship piloting or illegal parking or for vaporizing your neighbor? Will there eventually be space walks down the runway to display this years new spacesuit fashions? Who will be held responsible when they loose control of an asteroid that has been mined from deeper out in space and dragged it back to earth orbit and then it crashes into the earth and maybe destroys a city, state or even country? Do you think you could buy an insurance policy big enough to cover that liability? What happens when they have extracted so much material from the moon that it reduces the mass to the point of throwing the gravity symbiosis with Earth 🌎 out of wack? Will the moon 🌙 get sucked into the earth 🌎? Or will it get flung out into space? Vive La Difference |

Ya know, we had some orange clown come in here trying to unload some clapped out golf carts - said we could make yuge deal. I told him the batteries were dead and the tires were shot - obvious mismanagement of his assets. He got all surly and walked of whining. So no we don't take used up golf carts - cash is king here. Me and my partner are planning on shipping some wild animals up here so we can open up a moon safari sca..er operation on the back side of the moon 🌙. I swear I haven't met that orange clown guy... Don't know him, never heard of him. So what do you think... Let me borrow that orbiter and we can make a fantastic deal. Vive La Difference

the sooner we can colonize mars the better. either before climate change makes earth unlivable, or before the next "dinosaur" asteroid comes and we cant avoid it. on second thought, the ones whod get to escape who be the ones who fud this world over. guess i dont have a good answer after all. sorry  Vive La Difference
